I'm only giving a 4-star just because the customer service was pretty decent the lady in there was a super nice really friendly but the prices was overpriced and they do not like smok brand which in my opinion is a decent brand but they carry snow wolf in a few other well-known brands cannot get the coil that I wanted today because I have a smok tank other than that the store was decently proportion nice welcoming vibe to it.

A very rude, know it all young lady gave my wife an entire pack of the wrong coil for my device, even though I sent her with a picture of the exact coil I use which looked pretty different. Instead of apologizing, she said she sent the pictured device in a very rude tone. I spent $25 for something I can't even use. The number you gave me was for the Murray store sir, is that where I'll have to go to get my coils replaced?

Terrible customer service. Every time we go here there is never anyone up front. They leave signs saying "be right back" with no indication of when to expect someone to be there. We like this place for the selection, but it's not worth driving to if they are unable to sell. I'm surprised they are still in business. This has happened at LEAST 5 times already. Many of those times we have driven off because the wait for someone to return was too long. Absolutely ridiculous. I'd fire all the employees if this was my business.
