Came in and upgraded my mod. Got it home and realized it was leaking. They came in on a day when the shop was closed just to help me out.
Chris, Brandy, Jeff, and Tom are very helpful, never pushy with a sell, answer any and all questions you would have, and run the best shop from here to Seattle hands down
I visited Vape Ninja last week with my friend I had recently bought a new vape at One Stop Mart and he asked me where I got it. Once I told him that’s where I got it from he started telling me how they sell fake Smok products that showed how unprofessional and desperate Vape Ninja is for business that they have to slander another businesses name. I will never go back to you guys. Way overpriced and very poor service.

This is my go to shop, best shop i have found since leaving Texas. Prices are extremely fair and the staff is very knowledgeable. Customer service is excellent, all staff is personable and easy going. I will recommend this shop to anyone.
