The old lady that works in the collision department was not very nice and tied my vehicle up for days. I was told that I was a work in even though I had a scheduled appointment. Seth was the only person in that department that genuinely cared for the customer. I will never leave another vehicle at this place. Do not recommend at all. Upset Disabled Veteran.
I took my vehicle to the collision center I’ve been here before for another one of my vehicles a few years ago the manager was rude then and still is ,when I walked in the manager Vicky was talking to what I assume was a coworker about relationship trouble, sex and about a women that is bipolar on what she wants from her man. Car was in their shop for 2 weeks. They called me on Tuesday to pick it up. Payed my deductible and brought it home. I noticed that the tail light was loose and they did not replace a tire that was stated in the claim. Brought it back. They gave me a rental. Most of my damage was undercarriage. I asked them to place it on the lift so I could see what was repaired. The tail light was still loose. There were missing screws and securing plugs that hold the covers on. Great service and helpful staff. I was even offered a ride to the pick up my rental, because Enterprise didn’t show up for 2 hours, after our scheduled time for it to be dropped off at the body shop.
