I did not enjoy my first time experience at this nail salon. My friend and I turned up for our 9.30a appointments and the staff were turning up at 9.32. There were four of us at the door waiting and only two staff came. We were shuffled in and shown to our appropriate seats for the services we booked. I am not one to usually post a bad google review but the way Vantastic Nail Salon handled my situation was atrocious! This is the probably the worst experience I have ever encountered, with such poor customer service. I came in a week ago wanting to get birthday nails and asked for SNS. When I sat down the lady saw my inspiration photo and starting doing builder gel even though I told them I wanted SNS - she said it would last longer. Got my birthday set done from Tay and it was done exactly like i asked for!! Loved my nails and the services are exceptional! Will definitely re visit again
