It's a clean, quiet, and gated community. Also, it feels safe. The description on ads says apartments, but they seem more like townhomes to me. All units are 3 beds, 2.5 baths, and 3 levels. A 3 car garage (or 2 car garage with lots of storage space) is a major plus. The only downside is that there are no patios or balconies. Application is easy. Be prepared that you may not get a response for weeks. We submitted an application, LEASING ASSISTANT Jose Herrera promised to respond within 24 hours, 3 weeks have passed, no update. The viewing of the house is also strange PROPERTY MANAGER Jasmine does not answer the phone, does not meet you outside the complex, you have to ask the residents to let you in. We've lived here for 7 years and we don't have one complaint. Property management Jasmine is A-1x10= Superior, she's very helpful and on point with her job. As a family we're so grateful to have met such a good person and her family.
