I live in an upper lower unit I have spoken to the office numerous times as it States in our lease that both parties are in charge of lawn and snow removal as we share a driveway the upper tenants have done absolutely no snow removal or lawn care since they moved in there in violation of their lease and not being held accountable for it should not be all left to us It's absolutely ridiculous
