The worst customer service we have ever experienced from a credit union or bank.

I don't understand this credit union's tactics. They say they are offering "COVID-19" relief and help but then they won't let you skip a payment or waive late fees when you don't have the money to pay. I missed a credit card payment and they locked my entire account. They wouldn't let me use my debit card or transfer money out of my account. This led to me having my phone and utilities shut off and all they had to say (in regards to "COVID relief") was "when you pay the past due balance, we can unlock the account." This is E... read more

It appears as if there may be some need to clarify understanding regarding some of the statements made as part of this review.
