In 1955, we started in a one-room barrack at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base with the mission to help Tucson’s airmen and their families. Back then, known as DMAFB Federal Credit Union we served a little under 600 Members and had less than $60,000 in assets. By the end of the '60s, we had grown to nearly 14 thousand Members, sowing the seeds for the rapid growth we would see in future decades. I loved this location. Sad to see that it's closed
I would say the customer service is horrible but that would imply they have any! Hands down the worst banking experience I have had. Not just a particular issue...several and reoccurring issues that seem to just keeping getting worse and worse.
EDIT: I am a big believer in updating a review if the business makes the effort to improve. This is that edit. I have changed the rating from 1 star to 5 stars based on the fact that the branch manager (Lori) called me directly and not only apologized for the service that I received, but also made the effort to get to know me and truly listen to the issues that I experienced.
