Very unprofessional business experience. I arrive with the intent to close my accounts and the teller handles it in a way that I now have to hassle with coming back, all the while any attempts at keeping me as a member are set aside so the bankers can decorate for Christmas.
Needed to open an account and had some legal paperwork to go with it but they couldn't maintain communications and continuously delayed things. Not impressed.
Fantastic team to work with and fast. Good rates too!
