Great Strata Company. Lost my keys and fob bushwalking. A phone call & explanation to the front desk saw me transfered quickly to someone who knew exactly what to do. Some great advice from Carmel saw a new key & fob in my hand in a matter of hours. I cannot thank them enough for the effort the team has put in for me. It had been a difficult week without my own set. Swapping with my partner & Children to get in & out. Thankyou Vantage Strata keep up the good work we give them &

I wonder if the Vantage Strata team are actually going to clean Lift 4 at Manuka Terrace today, or whether the floor will once again get a filthy mop run over it, spreading the grime around before being passed off as “clean”. At this point, I can only speculate whether the grime embedded in the floor will actually be removed or simply “shined” again and called cleaning. Terrible terrible terrible management My unit is located on top floor Sentinel apartments and was affected by water leak. The whole process of managing a repair took such a long time and was delayed and led into my previous tenant asking for compensation. Then, this is another issue that has not been repaired yet. Due to some pipe issues related to a unit on level 5; they required access to common piping and plumbing facilities through my unit. If we could give Vantage Strata a zero we would. Their replies suggesting that customers contact their General Manager, rather than having their GM contact the customer shows you how much they care. They think that people who have ended up here aren't already sick of trying to speak with staff at Vantage Strata, or that his time is more important than ours. We have a very difficult strata with a committee that has behaved inappropriately. ( obviously my view not theirs) but Rather than investigate complaints senior management retreated from addressing issues within their responsibility to the point where they refused to even answer if an owner was financial for the next AGM .
