One star is already the max I can give—otherwise I’d give zero or even negative stars. Because of the inaction of the agent and property management, the underground parking/storage was broken into every day for 3–4 consecutive days. The management only told residents to report to the police and did nothing to improve security. The safety risks remain completely unaddressed. We deal with vantage strata on a regular basis and find them to be exceptionally friendly, very well communicated, Organised and accommodating. We deal with a number of team members across a range of different divisions, as well as face to face with the on site building managers and we find all of them to be an absolute pleasure to deal with.
