Would give 0 if I could. Terrible service. The only time they ever engage is towards the end of the contract when EC members threaten not renew the contract. Once renewed then they go back to doing 0. Tick and flick emails, responses that have nothing to do with the request. I dont know under what rock they look to find the most incompetent underqualified workers, its embarrassing. Stay away if you can or if you buy where they are the property manager, join the EC and vote to change them!
I am leaving this review regarding Vantage Strata based on my direct experience as a lot owner interacting with the company over an extended period. Our complex switched to Vantage from a previous strata company. Both strata used DEFT. The previous one offered a biller initiated direct debit option. Vantage doesn't and even charges higher levies. Furthermore they don't indicate in levy notices that they don't offer biller initiated automatic direct debit payments, so my first billing run went into arrears.
