Mmm not great.. extremely rude and disrespectful of senior women. Poor communication skills and slow to respond if they respond at all ! to issues. Vantage Strata has the access keys and codes to each apartment’s air conditioner, which are on restricted access common property at my building. While trying to get my air conditioning serviced Vantage Strata didn’t know where in the complex the unit was located. Vantage strata expected the service technician to search the entire building looking for it. It took two visits and my intervention to get the unit serviced. Why does the manuka terrace complex smell like raw sewage including the underground carpark and lifts. Why has it smelt like this for months and nothing has been done about it? What is being done about it? This appears to be a considerable health hazard to consumers, retailers and residence. I'd assume investigation of this matter would be a responsibility of the property manager?
