Do not move here unless you’re wanting to pay for air conditioning they cannot fix especially during this heat wave on top of that you may have a non functioning stove and can’t cook what’s the point of paying rent if you can’t fix these issues!! My mothers air conditioning has not been working and they won’t fix it when they should be during a heat warning I’m pretty sure it’s illegal for them to not want to fix it when it’s their job to do it
They care about monthly payments but they don’t care how you live in your apartment I Been here one year without air conditioning no AC, no heat
Been here 4 months and this is what I’ve observed so far: Maintenance takes a minimum of 1 wk to address your work order; the common approach is clearing it prior to completing it Tenants have a rare desire to throw their trash in the actual dumpsters. Empty water bottles are a common lawn ornament. I was informed the hallways are cleaned every other day - the bag of trash pictured has been there for a week now and the mattress + shopping cart by the dumpster have been there a couple weeks. This has been an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. I had an urgent issue involving a rat in my apartment, and instead of receiving immediate help, I was treated unprofessionally by office staff. I was called a liar, yelled at, and escorted out by security after asking for assistance with a serious pest problem inside my home. The worst place to be at. I came to the leasing office to report that there was a live rat trapped inside the bathtub of my apartment and to request assistance. During our conversation, Armisha called me a liar and stated that she would not do anything regarding my request and would not respond to my concerns.
