Do not live here. Firstly, all of those recent 5* reviews are paid for. Beyond that - this complex has a devastating roach infestation, rat infestation, sewage that constantly backs up, sinks and showers that back up and spit out slush, dishwashers that don't work, cabinets will fall off, vomit, urine, and feces in the hallways. A homeless person lives in one of the laundry rooms and was smoking crack at one point. People leave trash in the halls / parking lot and your car will either be hit or broken into. The leasing agent Javae Was very patient with me and took the time to listen to the needs that I had and point out the best unit for me. She also went through online instructions with me because I had trouble resetting my password. She was very gentle with the rules and regulations in getting me to understand my lease. Thank you for Listening and understanding my needs because peace and A beautiful space is what I’m looking for.
