It's like pulling teeth getting them to come and fix literally anything. Ceiling has been leaking for 4 years and they never show up to fix it even when I call and tell them that my ceiling is squishy and I'm concerned it'll fall and is most likely infested with mold since it's been wet for FOUR YEARS. My dishwasher has been broken for almost a month and it's starting to smell really bad, no chance they're going to fix that in a timely manner. These people don't respect the residents, you call them for maintenance but they will never fix it. You will suffer during the summer because the AC never works. They prefer not to take your calls when it comes to maintenance or emergencies. I am really disappointed.
Worst management, work orders don’t get resolved! From leaks to molds issues to broken elevators . Even with the summer heat there is AC issues.
