I would shop around been in our VP home now 13 years and it’s still failing apart when speaking with a real builder they explained and have proven to me 90% of all problems have come from poor craftsmanship during the build and also when I called them the first year for warranty they had every excuse in the book not to repair their piss poor work. I personally wish we would have checked into Summerfield KS before choosing VP

We're in the starting process of getting a home built and VPH has been Very easy to work with. They're prompt, knowledgeable, and well built homes. If you're in the market for a new home you owe it to yourself to take a good look at VPH and see what all you get for your money.
