Ryan Deleon is a total pro. We've used him twice now, and he gives a very thorough report of what he finds in the home inspection. He takes time to answer any questions we have, and provides the report in a very timely manner. He is super friendly and has lots of great contacts in the local home improvement industry too.
Ryan performed a very detailed inspection of our new home. His inspection report was easy to follow and understand, which gave us the information we needed to move forward with confidence. At the end of his inspection, he took the time to walk me though and review his findings. During the inspection, he discovered an issue with the HVAC system that an HVAC technician missed just a week prior. Wow! Ryan was prompt, thorough , and professional. Probably the neatest inspection report I've ever seen; very easy to understand and detailed. I greatly appreciate his work and I would recommend him to my own grandmother. Will use Vantage Point again in the future.
