Loved living there for past 18 months - quiet, safe and grounds well maintained. Pool are awesome and so convenient to get to Tampa or downtown St Pete
I have been renting here for a couple of months and management is great. Laurie and Lisa have resolved any issues I’ve had immediately and they are super understanding. Definitely the nicest property management I have encountered in the past seven years.
Maintenance issues tend to be slow. There is no dog park, but there are a few nearby and any kind of breed here.
Vantage Point might have been special 30 years ago, but now it's a dump. I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE
Service is HORRIBLE! I agreed to rent an apartment, talked on the phone in the morning, said that we are going to rent it for sure so that they would not give it to anyone - ok, left from my work, ran to make Money Order, took the documents, arrived to the office - they say: "After your call, another couple came and they immediately agreed to the unit , that you wanted!"
