Very poorly maintained property. There is no one taking care of the trash around the complex. Garbage is left outside apartments and around the property for weeks instead of being removed. It rots, creates a terrible smell, and attracts insects. Rats can be seen running around the property, making it feel unsafe to live here. The office staff are rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. This place is okay to live in but not great. They don't have working utilities, when you report issues they are rarely addressed. They don't have a working emergency line in case of AC problems or emergencies. Management is extremely incompetent to the point that it is comical.
Lived here for a year. Had a motorcycle stolen, gates and cameras didn’t work so no help from the front office. Maintenance NEVER came to help unless it was an emergency. Bad cockroach and palmetto bug infestation. Apartment was not well taken care of or cleaned when I moved in. Neighbors were super loud all day long. Was just all around a negative experience living here.
Quiet and peaceful. Near to hospital, major roads to Tampa and Bradenton, Clearwater
