To the point they lose control of their body and can't even make decisions for themselves and send them home as "doing good " even though yoh question why they are so lethargic. The support staff, nurses, and doctors made the experience bearable. They were very responsive with updates and super friendly. There is so much stigma around mental health hospitals, and they help families and patients understand their symptoms and treated us with great care.
I was admitted in spring of this year of 2025 and it was the best thing I could of done. Thank you so much because I have been sober off alcohol since. You all saved my life and helped me so much in inpatient and outpatient. I am writing this to formally warn others, particularly those with "invisible" disabilities or chronic illnesses, about the severe medical neglect and lack of professional standards at this facility. I was admitted for support following a family death and a period of depression stemming from lifelong chronic pain.
