We had our 2024 Tiguan into Truro Volkswagen today for service, which included a tire rotation. After the service, we went to leave and noticed their was no tire rotation, which was included in the invoice. We returned and the tech acknowledged he checked the tire pressure but did not rotate the tires. Has this happened to others?
Judy, JD and the entire service team were phenomenal to deal with. I needed to have some unexpected work done when taking it in for my scheduled appointment, they kept me informed and made sure the repairs got done quickly. Again, huge thanks to the service department, truly appreciate you taking care of me and my car!
