The communication was top notch never worked with a mortgage company like this before.
Incredible experience. Being a first time home buyer can be overwhelming, especially in Miami. Fransisco and his team were very communicative and extremely patient to explain the whole process step by step. The complete opposite of what I was expecting. They aren’t pushy and make you feel supported. They know the business. They are always available and I feel went above and beyond to make sure things went smooth. I am not one to recommend people but I have to say, I will always go to the Vantage Team!
Francisco and team are absolutely top notch. When our original plan fell through, he was on it. He found another option and walked me through everything step by step and we never missed a beat. Any question or concern I had, he addressed immediately and made sure i understood. I can’t thank Francisco and team enough. Truly life changing the help they provided!
Vantage mortgage made the process of buying a home smooth and took a lot of stress out of it. They were always available (and still are) whenever we had a question or needed clarification on anything. Would definitely recommend and will use them in the future as well!
