Ran into someone who knew a lot less than me who tried to upsell me.
Poor customer service! The staff were not interested in helping me find a solution to my "day of sons pool party" issue. They were not interested in any other pump brands than the ones they sold, and tried to upsell me on. Looked down there noses at me and referred rudely, to my intex pump, which i do not have, as they were unwilling to help get me going. I can’t say enough good things about the team at Vantage Leisurescapes. I have used them for several seasons now, and their service has consistently been outstanding.
