I swang by there to search for the substitute of submersible pump system for a waterfall project as the owner doesn’t like to install submersible pump. I needed a new sand filter to replace my old one. I called around to a few companies and vantage was the best price option. They installed a jandy filter and I'm very happy with the quality of my new filter. The company is honest and pleasant to deal with. The installer was knowledgeable and did a good job with the installation. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend this company based on my experience.
Ran into someone who knew a lot less than me who tried to upsell me.
Poor customer service! The staff were not interested in helping me find a solution to my "day of sons pool party" issue. They were not interested in any other pump brands than the ones they sold, and tried to upsell me on. Looked down there noses at me and referred rudely, to my intex pump, which i do not have, as they were unwilling to help get me going.
