Always kind, on top of everything, and very helpful.
Not happy with this place. I had good insurance and they were paid. The next year I didn't have a good deductible and they told me everytime I get new insurance it'll start billing all over. So they are literally fraudulently billing everytime you receive new insurance. I'll never go there again. And the woman who set me up told me it's not urgent to get my c-pap. I can't say enough good things about Vantage employees Rachel in Meadville and Jeff in Titusville. I was in an unfortunate situation tonight where I didn't have a bed that I was able to get into due to my physical limitations. It was after hours and Rachel was able to miraculously get the necessary documents needed for me to have a bed delivered to my home.
