Nice location, beautiful area with cherry blossoms. 8min walk to lake ann and behind a school. Walking distance from Reston Town center.
I hate these place .Because they are very old , they need a lot of repairs and the worst thing is that , they don't turn on the AC until the end of May.
This is an incredibly peaceful community. There is little-to-no sound coming from other units, not a whole lot of coming and going, either. A little noise from Dulles Airport, but not intrusive. Only noise from the nearby highway is the occasional siren or car engine revving on Sat. night, but that is not a routine thing. Pretty walking trails and nicely maintained grounds, variety of trees and birds, and Lake Anne is easy walking distance. HOA is responsive and easy to work with. This is single-handedly the most poorly managed community in Reston. I have been out of my condo for over a year , since Sept 2021, because it was completely flooded due to a mistake on behalf of the HOA. They have no communication, do not meet deadlines, and do not respect the members of the community at all. They now want to raise the HOA fee for the next year for what reason??? They do not keep up on maintenance or anything so where is the money going. BEWARE!!
