I am a self-employed individual having to pay out of pocket for my own insurance plan, therefore, I pay for the lowest (bronze) plan. It's high deductible, but being I have no major health issues and go to the Dr rarely, it works for me. Also, it at times helps pay for a few things I wasn't expecting, such as gyno visits. Not a GREAT plan, but if I wanted a better plan I'd have to pay more and upgrade to their Silver or Gold. Horrible plan, very limited benefits. High monthly premiums with very limited coverage. Maternity care is shameful, and there is zero coverage for newborns. Meanwhile they fund millions to revitalize Monroe, and their own real estate ventures. Shameful, disgusting business ethics. Healthcare at it's worst.
