I've never had an issue with them. When I got behind they worked with me. I am just about 2 payments away from paying off my car and it's been great working with them.

Joe Clayton ought to be ashamed of himself. Only goes to show that the rich get richer and the poor gets poorer. His employee's practically stole my Suv.. They are as bad as he is. Lay down with dogs end up with fleas. Not only did they do me wrong but they got the check I mailed and lied about it. I am also disabled and they took my hang tag and my license plate. I want to talk to Joe Clayton. All he and his brother have ever done is cheat people

These are the worse ppl ever!! Do not let them finance your car!!! If u get junk like I did they will take u to court!! I got the biggest lemon ever and they still wZnted me to pay 5000 they got a nice car that I traded in while I got junk!!!!!
The employees are rude, company difficult to work with. Large down payment required on cars and they try their damnest to pick up merchandise to collect another down payment from another victim. They make their money by stealing yours. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF MONEY!!! You will have better luck with pulling hen's teeth than you will expecting these people to work with you. Plain as I can make it-company steals your money!!!
I think that the staff definitely needs to work on their friendliness (on the phone as well as at the office), if you need a good quality car with in-house financing (even with severe credit issues), I can only but recommend them! The interest rate is gonna be a bit higher (or extremely high as in my case), but I have a very good and reliable car, the staff has always been willing to help me in a professional manner.
