If they need to take blood from you, better pack a lunch. They are inept at that task. Finally had to tell them to stop and forget it. The person has never had issue having blood drawn. All this after waiting an hour and a half AFTER our appointment time. Not a professional place

This facility in will hold your report for 5 days, even though you may not have been "referred" by a physician, and are not party to any contract Vantage may have with physicians. Is it quite simple, IF I PAID FOR A SERVICE THEN IT SHOULD BE PROVIDE POST HASTE. There should be a law suit over this.

Had to wait an hour past my appointment time. Why make appointments if you aren’t going to keep them? A simple phone call to a client would make a huge difference and would be considerate. The parking lot is so small that most of it is taken up by employee vehicles. The waiting area is tiny and uncomfortable. If you are going to keep people waiting so long you should at least make them comfortable. When I made the appointment I ask what my charge would be. And they gave me a range of $100 to $150. But was charged $268...? I have had good experiences with the Norman, but this one not so much. And just didn’t seen very professional either.

I had an apt scheduled for 12 was suppose to show up 20 minutes early to be there on time per there request and to fill out paperwork. I was there 3 hours!!! They said that someone was late and it set everyones apts back next time make the person who was late reschedule so the rest of us don't have to pay the price! Staff was friendly but having to sit with 2 kids at a office for over 3 hours is not okay!!

I've had imaging at Vantage 3 times. I actually requested Vantage this time. They've always been professional. I like being able to get an early or late appointment so I don't have to miss work. I really like that they're transparent on the pricing. Which is much better than having an MRI done at a hospital and getting 2 or 3 different bills.

I've been waiting for a hour and now told the machine isn't working properly. The T.V. is so loud i couldn't hear the receptionist. I drove a hour distance for this..Not impressed!!!
