I wish I was making all of this up. If I could give you one piece of advice, just don’t. From the moment we called them to try and get an apartment they kept playing games with us. Needing an apartment, though we went through with it. The moment we got the keys, I walked up to find eviction notices all on my door from whoever was there. I’ve lived here for a few rentals now and they have friendly staff and a very responsive maintenance crew (that check out issues after filing a request in less than an hour). No complaints at all with them. But the place has aged poorly and that’s created issues with roaches in the units. Not able to do anything but keep having them spray the place but that’s not enough to get rid of them. As someone clean, it’s a deal breaker but maybe the newer buildings are better.
I have been here for almost a year and these apartments are very peaceful, and located in a beautiful area. The leasing maintenance staff are very helpful and kind.
DONT TRUST THEM!!!! I took a tour of Vantage Center Apts in Fayettville. I spoke to the agent I believe her name was Ivy about income qualifications & the fact that I was on SS disability. She stated it wasn’t an issue & I would just need to upload my award letter. Going by what she told me that my income award letter was acceptable, I placed an application only to have their 3rd party verification company tell me my award letter isn’t acceptable income.
