The fees in the Vantage Metro district are ridiculously high. We pay thousands of dollars every year and more than half of it goes to a neighborhood we don't live in (it goes to maintaining TPC and the neighborhood around it that's part of the 'metro district'). If you don't believe me, drive around and look at all the dead trees leading into and out of the neighborhood and all the weeds along the easement.
