Showed the Villas at Vantage to a buyer as soon as they were launched on approximately January 19, 2025. Another option for a new build with a base price starting out at in $500,000. It would be nice if these models would have a one level living option to accommodate more buyers in the market. The features are about the same as other options in the marketplace at this price point.
We had a mystery shower leak in our basement bathroom that was baffling contractors. Rob Garifi with the warranty department was diligent and relentless in finding and fixing the problem. Very nice person to work with. I'm keeping his number on file!
Kayla Amato helped us with the purchase of a home with the mountain views we had hoped to find. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to us. We appreciated her quick responses to our questions during the purchasing process.
