Moved in 2019 under a great management. Sold somewhere 2021 or 2022 and has gone down hill. Rent was going up $150 each year no new amenities. Broken never fixed amenities. The one positive is the staff is friendly. The emergency services were always ahead of schedule too. Other than that, don’t miss living at this community.

Very thankful for all the help they provided us. Very nice, courteous always. Always there to answer any questions I had. Will definitely go back to rent with them again.
My experience at Canyon House has been wonderful. I only wish I would have moved here sooner. I value the friendly, accommodating staff and my beautiful apartment. Canyon House Apartment Homes is a class act. The grounds are also tidy with lovely landscaping.
