they started to charge fees for no reason. Plus their old building with bad balconies that seem they’re going to fall if you step on them. The electric doors brake every month for 2 months or more. If you have dogs they accept other residents with dogs that are unhealthy so beware on paying more vet bills aswell. Also don’t let your kids on the lawn there’s cats all over that poop and some residents that don’t pick up after their dog.
Place is a Scam, there is a 50dlls "fee" on their portal just to pay your rent. Other option is pay with bank account which their system lags and appears you payed late and there is a late 65dll fee that is their issues not yours. Scorpions an ants are all over the parking lots at night. Gates are broken every 2 months. Apartments are old and painted over hust enough for some one else to move in. Charging fees for no reason. Thats why your apartments have no people.
I just recently moved in but so far the process and experience has been great. Maddie has helped us as first time renters through the whole process. Every question we had was answered without feeling like a burden. We had an amazing welcome to our home and have enjoyed renting.
We had a great experience with Canyon House Apartments. Very well kept & in a great location. The leasing staff is very nice. Sierra was quick to respond, incredibly kind, and patient.
