I called and spoke with Sierra and she was very friendly and invited me in for a tour. The property was beautiful and seemed like it could be my new home. I thank Sierra for her professionalism and fantastic customer service. Great tour. Ive lived here now 8 months and I will again say the staff is absolutely outstanding! I highly recommend choosing this place for your new home.
We have really enjoyed living here at Canyon House Apartments! The staff has always been so kind and helpful! They actually answer the phone when you call. We enjoy the amenities! The dog park is really nice. They have a space for large dogs and for smaller dogs. The pool is really nice! They have a little area for the small kids too. The apartment itself is really nice! Lots of cabinet space. I think its the best apartment complex we've ever lived in!
I’ve been here for almost a year now, and was happy to renew my lease for another year. This apartment community is so nice to live in. They are excellent at maintaining the property, and have done multiple projects to refresh the place since I’ve lived here. They also host monthly events for the residents like “paint your own doormat”, “poolside movie nights”, and “plant bars”. The staff is super friendly, and the one small maintenance issue I had was resolved the very next morning.
Was a tenant for three years and never had any issues. Morgan is an amazing manager and very receptive. Fairly quite complex in a nice area. Would definitely recommend
