Living at Canyon House Apartments for two years, I am very pleased with my experience. The management and maintenance teams work diligently to ensure my accommodations exceed my expectations. This is my first time renting and they have been awesome throughout the process! Sierra is my leasing agent and she has been very responsive, informative and so kind as I’ve gotten ready to move in! And the apartments themselves are so well kept and definitely the best from the others I toured while looking for a new place. I definitely recommend moving here and talking to Sierra about how to do so!
The maintenance team here is amazing, very responsive. My dryer stopped working last night and they were here by 9:45 the next morning to fix the belt. Even checked to make sure I needed anything else done! Don’t worry if you’ll be taken care of here!
Best complex for the price anywhere around
Been living here for a year great place to live maintenance is very quick to fix things if needed and the whole team is very helpful if you have any issues. Just upgraded to a two bedroom and Sierra made the process very easy and smooth. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home.
