We really enjoy living at Canyon House Apartments in New Braunfels! We made sure we toured lots of spots before making our decision, and we ultimately settled here because we got the most bang for our buck! Large living space, amazing community amenities, dog friendly, and amazingly helpful staff. Maddie was our leasing consultant, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable, and that our puppy is comfortable as well. The staff is so friendly and super helpful with the move in/application process. I love the apartments here, very spacious and pet friendly. Their amenities make life easier for sure. Maddie is such an angel and helped me and my 2 kids lock down the perfect place for us. The area is nice and very close to anything we need. 5 stars all around.
They absolutely screwed me over and didn’t keep to their word. I don’t recommend this place at all
The staff at Canyon House Apartments are absolutely wonderful. Sierra truly stands out—she is always so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. She consistently makes sure we are taken care of and goes above and beyond to make this feel like home. You can tell she truly values the residents and the community. We are so grateful for her and the entire Canyon House team. It’s a great place to live with people who truly care.
Had a great experience with Sierra going into canyon house while apartment hunting. All the employees were friendly and the property looks very nice compared to others I’ve toured in New Braunfels
