Let me start by saying that we have lived here for years so this will be a long review. TL;DR version is that there are newer, cheaper and better managed places down the road. Management here is a revolving door. You never know who you will get and what kind of assistance they are actually willing to provide. Oftentimes you will get no response back at all. Personally, I don't think it's fair to live here, starting with how rude and hateful the management is. I had a cockroach problem, they never change the air filters, once we got up late and forgot to take out the trash and they charged me a $50 fine and sent me many emails insisting I pay. And to top it off, other apartments just like mine pay $1179 and I pay $1349. I went to talk to them and they simply said they got here on a promotion. I have been living here for almost six years. The lady in the front office wanted to charge us $25 per pool wristband. That is ridiculous. Having to pay for pool access when we pay rent is absurd. The back gate is always broken. Sometimes it only opens halfway and other times it remains open at all times. That probably explains past break ins.
