This team are exceptional! My house was completely burned and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was actually thinking the worst to be honest - will insurance even cover this? Will the builders rip me off? Will I get absolutely wrecked from both the insurance and the builders? Meeting Zac from Vanstone I could sense he was here to help me. His care and going the extra mile for me showed me that I could trust him. Vanstone were appointed to do water damage repairs following a large fire in our street. Our home is a timber heritage house and the team did a beautiful job. Ruan was great to work with and he went out of his way to ensure we were happy throughout the process. The team were extremely professional and nothing was too much trouble.
Had a great experience with Ruan and Lee at Vanstone construction. Our house flooded on Boxing Day and Lee did a great job of making our property safe. Ruan’s communication and updates as he liased with my insurance were timely, professional and helpful. Would recommend, Thank you both very much
