We ask Sam to build a little house/shed that looks exactly like our home. He went above and beyond our expectations. Our experience with Sam and Brandee could not have been better. in every category. Workmanship +. The photo will be posted. It’s the blue shed with the white trim.

He is very particular and it is important to Sam that everything is done properly. We appreciated Brandee’s eye for design. I hired Sam to close off a window and shorten another window for a kitchen renovation. He also resided the front my garage. He was always very friendly, easy to work with, and quick to respond. Other contractors either told me that my project was impossible without re-siding my entire house, or quoted me crazy high estimates that would have made me need to rework my entire kitchen plan.
