Service could be better... As a tenant who pays rent EVERY MONTH and follows all of the rules, I have to agree that the people in this office can be rude. In the business side of things, they really know what they are doing, but they just don't know how to deal with people very well. The few times I have had to deal with the people in the office, I usually walk away in tears because they know how to disrespect you and make you feel less than human. Wonderful. I personally have had a good experience renting from this company. The employees were insightful, knew a lot about the properties, and what they didn't know, would gladly looked up the information for me. Whenever I had a complaint, they took care of it quickly, but if not, I just called them up, and kindly reminded them with which they apologized and within the next couple days, it was taken care of. :) Thanks!

Terrible Businessman – Extremely difficult to deal with, totally unprofessional, treats employees and tenants and business associates with total disrespect.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY – If you are thinking of doing business with this company don't. The owner of this company Mr. Vansant is just down right rude, nasty, unprofessional, and dishonest. He doesn't know how to talk to or treat people. He never listen to his teants, he uses profane language, and screams at you while your trying to talk to him. He does not return phone calls. Most of all he shows signs of being a racist. Do not, do not buy or rent anything from this guy he needs to humbled and put out of business.
