My first time ever getting a pedicure, had a great time. They accommodate me and my lady friend without any issues, did a wonderful job too!

I've been coming here for almost a year now. The nail tech Tiffany has been doing my nails but for the past few months every time she does my nails it always breaks. And not just one nail 2 or three nails will break at a time and I don't do any kind of manual labor that would cause them to break so fast. One nail even broke while I was still in the shop before I got to pay and her response was "I don't know how that happened". I tried several times to give it another try but today was my last time. Great experience, I got my nails done by Katie. My nails look absolutely perfect! Will be back as a regular with her.
The biggest issue seems to be that this salon does not properly manage appointments or keep track of how many walk-ins they are accepting at one time. I called to make an appointment and they didn't even ask for my name and ended up waiting over 40 minutes before my service even started and there were 2 other people after I was sat that ended up leaving.
