The biggest issue seems to be that this salon does not properly manage appointments or keep track of how many walk-ins they are accepting at one time. I called to make an appointment and they didn't even ask for my name and ended up waiting over 40 minutes before my service even started and there were 2 other people after I was sat that ended up leaving. I used to love coming here for YEARS and I recently came to get my nails done, made my appointment ahead of time to make sure nothing would get messed up because delays usually tend to happen. I’ve been a loyal, consistent customer of Sue’s for a while now, coming in every 2–4 weeks. I frequently get a French set and have always been charged $65 for it. Today, I was charged $75. When I got home, I politely texted Sue to ask why the price was different. Instead of a simple explanation, she called me and was immediately rude and dismissive.
