I purchased four dinning chairs and a hutch. The chairs were not stained to meet the color that the sales person and I agreed to . The hutch was so poorly assembled that I would not allow them to deliver it. When I asked them if they could take the chairs back and make them darker or give me new chairs ***** the store sales manager would not assist me and refused to take the chairs back. Non-working refrigerator bought ****. Refusing refund. Want ro continue service until it works. These are service calls made at their availability, that I need to be home for to meet them. I had to have another refrigerator that does work.I've had to move both refrigerators out of the way for scheduled new flooring. They are expecting me to leave this refrigerator plugged in, which has been totally froze up (thawed out, only briefly, twice). 1 star is too much. I have called numerous times to speak with manager. This was such a pleasure working from sales with Beau Carpenter, to our wonderful delivery guys Tyler and Alex. On top of that you can’t beat their prices. Thank you Van Home furniture for a wonderful experience

I bought all my appliances from Van's Home Center and had no problems at all everyone was very nice and accommodating and even dropped the price on my appliances. I would 100% recommend them. Quick delivery and set up.

STOP! Do not buy from Van's....My experience was an epic fail from beginning! Salesman not knowledgeable about the ****************** suite I purchased...No follow-up regarding my concerns..incorrect set up....had to contact numerous times! Damaged my door frame...was supposed to have someone contact me to fix! Again NO follow-up. Wrote a letter to owner, no follow-up. Consider buying from another store before you shop at Van's.

Buttermore Appliances-business has been bought out by Van's. This business (Buttermore Appliances) I would have given a 5 star rating. They always took care of their customers. Now, it is with Van's and now they are less than 1 star. They don't have time to take care of the work that Buttermore did. Even thou I was told by someone else there at Van's that they honor all the appliances that were bought thru Buttermore Appliances. They are VERY RUDE in Appliance service (Casey). Ordered a GE Cafe Range Nd Microwave and received both no problem, ordered a GE Cafe Refrigerator, waited 6 weeks to get it, it has not worked since the day I got it, Vans sent a repair man out said he would have the part in a week, its been 3 weeks still no part, keep calling **************** and they dont answer So I call Sales and they answer on first ring, say they will transfer me to ***** in **************** but it never connects, finally she calls back and says she will schedule a repair date but they dont have the pa... read more

We have purchased many pieces of furniture and flooring from Vansover the years and never had any issues but in July of 2021 we ordered a bed and mattress. We were told it would be about 10 weeks before it came in. We were alright with this since we were adding on to our house and would need that extra time anyways. I called 10 weeks later to find out it would be more like early December. Called in December to hear it would be early February. Dominick and Matt delivered a sectional rocker recliner and two decorative trees to our home earlier this afternoon. They could not have been more polite and professional. Placing my new furniture and helping me move back existing pieces we had to move out of our way. Great job guys! Jean Gerardot
