Buttermore Appliances-business has been bought out by Van's. This business (Buttermore Appliances) I would have given a 5 star rating. They always took care of their customers. Now, it is with Van's and now they are less than 1 star. They don't have time to take care of the work that Buttermore did. Even thou I was told by someone else there at Van's that they honor all the appliances that were bought thru Buttermore Appliances. They are VERY RUDE in Appliance service (Casey). Dominick and Matt delivered a sectional rocker recliner and two decorative trees to our home earlier this afternoon. They could not have been more polite and professional. Placing my new furniture and helping me move back existing pieces we had to move out of our way. Great job guys! Jean Gerardot
