I’m not from the area, but was driving to work and saw this place in a shopping center that smelled of urine outside the washateria next door. I walked into a small, dirty looking salon. I don’t know if the older woman that watched me as I walked in was the owner, but she was rude when I asked for a wash and trim. She immediately retorted that she was busy.
