Came in store looking for footwear for my daughter and Jade was very kind, patient and helpful. My daughter doesn't really like shopping for shoes but Jade made it a good experience for my daughter and I. So thankful to have had such good customer service! Just had the pleasure of dealing with manager whilst returning my son’s shoes. Such a lovely young man with great old fashion customer service. So great with my 8 and 9 year old boys. Such a breath of fresh air.
Came in looking for a pair of shoes I could wear to work, but was quite lost because they needed to be comfy but not too casual. Christine was so friendly and was able to lead me in the right direction and pick out shoes that I love! Her skills were very adVANSed.
