As I assumed what my experience would be like, yall have gotten too big for your own good. Not the first time I’ve come in to make a purchase without any assistance. I stood at the gun counter for too long while one employee disappeared, the other sat behind the counter on his phone and the third one watching and laughing at videos with his “buddy” on his phone. We went to vans at 6:30pm on Friday. Website and Facebook said they close at 8:00Pm. We made a specific trip from Madison. They were locking the doors while we were walking up. The two sales reps were watching as we were walking up laughing saying how they were closing. We won’t be back.
