I would only recommend going with Van’s if you have a simple project (like a single room without appliances). I trusted John and his team to redo my entire house, and while my floors do look nice, it was an extremely frustrating process. When we initially did the walkthrough of the house, we were told by John that they could move all our appliances with no problems and start in the rooms we requested. We absolutely love our new floors! It was such a pleasure doing business with John. Out of all the people who gave us quotes, he was the most knowledgeable, and genuine at that. We received excellent service from Van’s Carpet and Flooring. John, the owner, was easy to work with and very knowledgeable; he communicated well and made us feel comfortable with his expertise. The crew was highly professional, lead by Humberto, who made sure to execute every aspect of our project. Our floors turned out beautifully due to their meticulous, detailed work.
