After a flood damaged my floors, Vans Carpet and Flooring did an excellent job installing hardwood throughout my home. They were professional, efficient, and easy to work with. The quality of the work was great, and their pricing was very competitive. I'm really happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing new flooring.
I would only recommend going with Van’s if you have a simple project (like a single room without appliances). I trusted John and his team to redo my entire house, and while my floors do look nice, it was an extremely frustrating process. When we initially did the walkthrough of the house, we were told by John that they could move all our appliances with no problems and start in the rooms we requested. We love the quality of the carpet! John was very helpful and accommodating when guiding our decision on which carpet to buy, and the one day installation was very professional and went over smoothly.
We absolutely love our new floors! It was such a pleasure doing business with John. Out of all the people who gave us quotes, he was the most knowledgeable, and genuine at that. Humberto and Mundo did an amazing job with the installation, and were very professional. They were super kind, not to mention, they worked their a**es off. It's definitely 5 stars for us!
