We head down to Perth a couple times a year for a big city shop and vans is the one store we never leave disappointed even if we havent been able to find something to buy, the girls are always lovely! I popped in to Vans after seeing their online eoyf specials. Sheryn (or Sharon, I'm terrible with names!) came and assisted me immediately. She let me know that all of the stock on clearance had been sent to the clearance stores. Instead of letting me run off and find out that they may not have what I wanted, she went online and checked stock at the clearance stores for me. Super helpful!
