I took my Suzuki SX4 in for an oil change on 7/17/13. Since the filter is difficult to get to, my husband always checks the car when I return home after the work. The technician at this business cut a piece out of the Splash Shield, so he could get to the filter. The piece costs $119.80. Worst Business I,ve Ever Dealt With The car went in for an oil change. They cut the plastic splash shield and took a piece out of it to get to the filter easier. I always look under the car after it's done to check for leaks. Noticed it right away and the filter was leaking. Filled out a damage report and was told I would be called. Waited, no call. Bad, Bad, Bad Business Car went in for an oil change. They cut the splash shield under the car around the oil filter. The oil filter also leaked after they changed it. They had no right cutting that shield without my OK [ it costs $120 new ]. After numerous phone calls [ because he rarely returned my call ] Jerry, the owner finally agreed to $80. Use the apple wash Use the wash and oil change great job. Good employees and they do a good job. No damage to vehicle and like how they prewash before the wash. Keep up the good work all.
This is a very nice car wash with soft touch brushes. They have a range of services, from a basic wash to the full deal. Service is always helpful and friendly.
Broken Mirror I had my truck washed at their Apple Ave. location this last summer. The workers folded the mirror in. The machine tore the back cover off of the mirror assembly. They made out an incident report and said someone would call me. Nobody did so I called them. They said I needed to go to the Sherman Blvd. location and see Jerry. I did. Good Wash Van's does a pretty good job washing cars. I just thought to say to the previous comment about a Pontiac Mirror. While I sympathize with this persons ordeal with the owner. It should be known that pontiac makes horrible mirrors. Just lean on them and they break right off. (plastic mounting holes) I use to work in a car wash and we finally started warning pontiac owners before they went through.
i have a man that works there his name is Blake Duram and i love him with all of my heart and soul and this is his girlfriend and we care about each other and he is a hard worker there at work and i like everyone there at his work and his parents love me too and he washes my mom's van for her and my dad loves him like a son
WARNING!!! I don't know about this car wash, but used the one in big rapids. They are, however, owned by the same owner. This car wash broke the passenger side mirror off my 2001 Grand Am. When I contacted the owner of the car wash, he informed me that I needed to pay him $45 to replace my mirror. He said that I wouldn't find anything that cheap if I were to go to a repair shop.
