Well I never got an apology of the errors they was made on their behalf. Her is my truth and experience. And it's very unprofessional not to take accountability and i feel like he should in this case. I bought my own alternator because I knew it had to be it. my car was not starting at all and i knew the battery i had was still good. i changed it before winter. all he had to do was put it on my new alternator when ever they get to it.
