Well I never got an apology of the errors they was made on their behalf. Her is my truth and experience. And it's very unprofessional not to take accountability and i feel like he should in this case. I bought my own alternator because I knew it had to be it. my car was not starting at all and i knew the battery i had was still good. i changed it before winter. all he had to do was put it on my new alternator when ever they get to it. I would like to be as honest and transparent about this review as possible. The first issue I have with Vans Auto is his lack of professionalism and his childish behavior. The first time I had brought my car in to Vans, he said that someone else had previously repaired my car incorrectly. He then continued to use the same broken part and put it back in my car and he charged me $300 for the labor. I then, 3 weeks later, run into the same issue that he apparently already fixed.
