The staff is amazing! I went in to get my tire plugged with no appointment and they were super busy but made the time to squeeze me in. They do a great job and are very professional. I will definitely be a long term customer.
The customer service was awesome! Very attentive and explained everything they were doing. Prices were very reasonable. First time here. Will be back. Mike and Nate were very nice and all employees i saw were laughing and having fun I love seeing that as it means they like their job.

Van’s in Mansfield, Ohio has provided excellent service! I like their ability to match / undercut competitors prices and like their texting connection with customers and willingness to drive me home a few blocks away after dropping off my car for servicing! Their rewards program is helpful and cost saving and front desk staff are efficient and pleasant! Overall good automotive service experience!
