The staff is amazing! I went in to get my tire plugged with no appointment and they were super busy but made the time to squeeze me in. They do a great job and are very professional. I will definitely be a long term customer.
Van’s in Mansfield, Ohio has provided excellent service! I like their ability to match / undercut competitors prices and like their texting connection with customers and willingness to drive me home a few blocks away after dropping off my car for servicing! Their rewards program is helpful and cost saving and front desk staff are efficient and pleasant! Overall good automotive service experience!
I had my tires & oil change done here recently. I misheard the appointment time and showed up late, and they still managed to squeeze me in. Great customer service and I'm happy with the work they do!
