I recently had the most disappointing experience with Van's Auto Body. The new manager, Henry, made many promises during the process of repairs of my car, and he did not keep a single one. I am a loyal client and always was very satisfied with the level of service and quality of work in this place, but Jimmy, the previous manager left, and the new person is not paying attention to what is he promising to clients. Also, it took one week longer than it was discussed originally for those repairs.

Great shop & service. Vinnie is great. Gave me an appointment & did all the leg work with insurance co. from start to finish. Jimmy was knowledgable & put my mind at ease with all repairs & dealing with insurance co.. The work was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Stopped at Van's today to see about having the front edge of my side-view mirror painted which I clipped when backing out of my garage. Instead of charging me to repaint it, a black permanent marker did the trick! My tip was flatly refused, too. Thank you SO much. I will definitely be back if I ever need body work done on my car!
