They put a used moter and fan system in a brand new unit, or what we thought was a New unit, they don't answer the phones absolutely awful service
Very responsive
Called Roy Monday morning about blower not working at my mother-in-law's home. Roy was very responsive and professional. He obtained the parts needed for the repair and had her up and running within a couple hours, and at a fair price. Thank you, Roy!
Van's has been the only air conditioning company my whole family has used since 1979. Personally, they have always been there for me, in my own house, for over 22 years. They always come when they say they will and are very reasonable...and they care.
This company was outstanding. Roy was a real hero, going above and beyond to do a big job at my mom's house before she came home from the hospital. Honest, dependable, great work and a very fair price. I'm thankful for their great service and highly recommend Van's.
