Terrible! This man is rude, indifferent, dismissive, arrogant, unfriendly, and just plain unkind. He does not have the ability or the interest to explain anything about your vision to you and makes little effort to do so. When he made a comment about my vision and I said I didn't understand what he meant, he merely turned to the computer screen and said, "You don't understand what I'm saying".
