A horrible experience. I went in and saw him on 2 occasions. Both prescriptions were incorrect. He was condescending, arrogant and dismissive. It became very clear that he was not going to get my prescription right.Ultimately, I drove to another Costco location where I got a correct prescription and glasses that worked.
The staff was friendly and professional, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. They use the latest technology, which made the eye exam feel both efficient and thorough. Even though the appointment was quick, it never felt rushed. Once you’re inside, you forget you’re even in a Costco—it feels like a dedicated eye clinic.
My wife and I both went to Vanover Vision for eye exams. Highly recommended! This was the fastest exam I've ever had while still feeling comfortable and cared for. Dr. Vanover and his staff are all very friendly and welcoming as well. 10/10, no notes.
Above and beyond helpful. We are switching to Dr. Vanover after he took care of my whole family when a different provider cancelled on us without notice. The Costco side of our experience was great too. Thanks to Jeremy for all of the assistance.
