II have no problem with the doc, but all the praises of his staff? Mayhap I am the only one who has had a problem with the staff. Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent? No, they never made me feel like a bad parent Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? No, but they're usually seen pretty quickly Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes
