I lived here for five years from 2020-2025 and would strongly warn future tenants about a mandatory $295 move-out cleaning fee that is NOT disclosed anywhere in the lease agreement, which raises serious legal and transparency concerns. Took months to get the HVAC techs to come and then finally when they did the issue isn’t fixed. There’s still a metallic rattling periodically. It’s less frequent but it’s still happening.
