First time in 33 yrs, renting. “Misty” was very helpful and patient with me during this process. Still moving in, but again Misty and others have been attentive and responsive to my request of needed things during the move-in.
Recently moved in , great amenities, safe , and quiet area. However property does not keep up with trash and furniture that is dumped which is an eyesore to come home to .
my latest maintence request 5 days to complete.. it would have been great if i heard that staff was overwhelmed and it would not be within the 24 hrs completion i am use to.
These apartments are nice . But when we signed or lease we were not told about the giant roll off dumpster we would be staring at the whole time. Along with the mess that came along with it. At first people were able to open it and throw what they needed. Then they locked it. Which meant all trash was left out side of it. And people would come and go through it making the mess big.
