We lived here for a year and had a fantastic experience! The apartments are nice, the facility amenities are great, and the staff at the leasing office are very helpful. Misty was especially helpful during the leasing process and during our time living there. She always went out of her way to take care of us!
4.5 stars (I never know to round up or down so left it at 4?) Lived here long enough to sign a few leases and while I travel for work at times everything I've experienced so far is great. Good size apartments, nice neighbors, and the occasional community event. Really appreciate Misty for being so good at outreach and also so welcoming. I had an amazing experience at Vanoni Ranch thanks to Misty Bustamante! Her customer service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. Misty went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and that we felt welcome. It's rare to find someone who brings so much positive energy and professionalism to their role. She truly made our stay enjoyable. Thank you, Misty, for your kindness and exceptional service!
We had a wonderful touring experience and really hope to move in this December! I cannot remember her name but the woman that gave us the tour had the best vibes and made us feel at ease!
The maintenance crew was thorough & quick. They were extremely kind to my curious kids! Job was complete with no issue!
