DO NOT GO HERE! Had a tire failure after 13000 miles on 60,000 rated tires and they could not find a puncture in the tire.....DID NOTHING TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM!!!! These people are no better than Wal Mart techs, and the garbage tires they are peddling are the same quality!
Went there last week to ask if they would check the air in my tires.....took long time for someone to ask what I needed. Finally I asked someone passing by in the shop if someone could check the air in my tires. He said pull up here, acting like I was bothering him....waited at least 15-20 minutes as mechanics passed by me....no one ever came or even asked what I needed. I'm a senior citizen and was prepared to get new tires if I needed them....but since no one bothered with me, I finally left! Customer service is not very g... read more
