Went there today for my 1st time. I usually go to the one on 29. I was greeted by Kenny. Kenny was outstanding and very pleasant.
I have always loved this location before it became Ronny’s because it’s convenient and I could swing in after work on my way home. I work 8am to 7pm daily accept weekends. I wish they would stay open to 8pm like Vannoys did so I could use it more often. I was told they would have summer hours open til 8 but haven’t seen that change yet. Even if it was until 7:30pm that would be great so we could stay there. Employees there have always been great as well
Preferred it when it was Vanoys but are enjoy the ability to use different locations and the staff have been friendly at all locations visited.
Customer service was A+ here. The staff seemed truly happy to be there. I feel their energy deserve them a tip, so I made sure they got one. The young man with the short hair was amazing. He attended to me, stuck at the gate and being a member even came and checked up on me when he wasn’t busy and rinse off my rugs this is the type of business you want, Ronnie I hope you are paying these guys their worth you don’t get this energy everywhere.
