Everyone here is so nice and friendly very knowledgeable on laser and skin treatments answered all of my questions over the phone even in person when I had a few extra questions before my treatment I would recommend them over and over again and it’s so peaceful and beautiful inside love it here 😍

Do not go here it is a sister spa to kumi laser in katy . They all operate under one business umbrella so when there is a problem like permanent disfigurement with a laser.( Like they did to me ) you don't know who to contact. I did meet with the owner Crystal Carlos after it took me months to get past the front desk. I called the day after treatment and no one called me back. The owner now will not fix my face even after I went and saw their Dr. Please don't let this happen to you.

Their new staffs are not as nice and as good as the old staffs I had. I always tip technicians if they’re nice and helpful but the new technicians I wouldn’t. They won’t try their best to make you happy and pleased. The very last technician I had, I asked her to go over my ingrown one more time but she rejected it. Like why can’t you? And I paid like six facial treatments but some of them didn’t help with the new staffs. I asked them to refund the ones I didn’t use but they didn’t want to.
