Mack Caine at Vann York Nissan is an excellent sales consultant! He listened to what I need in a used car and showed me the one that fit the parameters that I needed. No pressure at all! Very easy to work with and I highly recommend mark Caine to anybody looking to buy; new or used.
Over priced
The dealership took our original key fob, claimed they ordered a replacement at their own expense, and never programmed or activated the new key. The key they provided is completely unused and has no cuts. They also promised to call us with weekly updates every Friday, but we ended up having to reach out to them ourselves each time.
Shafan was an excellent salesman helped me with all my questions and got things resolved for me and all my needs helped.
Rachel, Ronald and Sammie were fantastic! Found the car on Cargurus app and bought over the phone! Super easy and everyone was more than willing to help, all the while not being pushy. Best car purchase experience I have ever had! This group and this dealership are awesome!!
